Shipping Agreement

UK Deliveries
All our products are sent using the Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Signed For Delivery service. We deliver free of charge to the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Please note that items cannot be tracked until they are signed for. Addresses that are incorrectly entered, resulting in lost or undelivered packages will result in additional costs. Please ensure the address is accurate before confirming your order. We accept no liability for inaccurate delivery addresses.
Dispatch of your order will follow once payment has been successfully processed this process may take up to 24 hours after you have placed your order ensuring safety against credit card fraud. We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will not be shipped until the following week. Deliver time cannot be specified however delivery is normally within 5 working days. If there is likely to be a delay in processing your order due to holiday periods you will be informed you by email. Please note that Royal Mail Recorded delivery requires a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, Royal Mail will leave a delivery card with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, collection from your local Post Office or collection from your local Sorting Office.

International Deliveries
Deliveries outside UK Deliveries please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. For International delivery costs please contact us via e-mail or telephone. Once shipping has left the UK unfortunately there is no way of tracking the order.
Returns & Replacements

Occasionally mistakes can be made therefore any item purchased in error will be refunded in full providing it is returned unopened within two weeks of purchase. Damaged or faulty items should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the items or refund in full any items returned to us within this timeframe.

Ordering
All orders are placed by selecting a product adding to the shopping cart then continuing through to checking. The checkout service will take card payment accepting all major credit cards in the UK or by using your paypal account if you prefer. If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with katerussellskin.co.uk as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta. Payments are processed the third party payment provider paypal. Please note any disputes will be handled by paypal. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all payment details are correctly entered onto our payment form. Please ensure that your billing address matches your registered card address, as this is part of the transaction fraud checks. An alternate delivery address can be selected during the checkout process.

Information is stored securely including any email addresses. We do not store any payment card information on our servers. The payment card information and your address details are sent to paypal servers for card processing using High-grade Encryption.
